What is the best way to place an order?

How can I make the payment?
We accept payment by cheque or online account transfer.
Can you tell me the size of a specific item?
All measurement information for our awards is located on the product page, right below the picture of the award. If you want to customize size of the award can be done in few models provided quantity is substantial to do so.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We execute our orders very quickly! Once we have all of your information required to complete your order, your order will leave for further process within 24 working hours or even sooner!
- Normal production time is 5 to 7 working days.
- Large quantity orders may require 7 to 10 working days.
- Rush service is available, call for more details.
How can I submit my engraving Information?
- Send your Word or Excel document with matter on email.
- Send logo in CDR format on email.
- Review your engraving information carefully and accurately before you submit.
Do you send artwork for proofreading?
Once we receive all necessary information for your order, our technician will send you a proof for approval. After confirmation it will go for final printing.
I like what is on your site but I’m looking for something more customized. What should I do?
We create a new Collection every year, using a rigorous design process, and superior craftsmanship. We are sure our product will serve the purpose and requirement.
